Is your website over two years old?

Websites age faster than most owners realise. Design moves on, Google keeps raising the bar on speed and mobile use, and the competitor who rebuilt last year quietly starts taking the enquiries that used to come to you.

If your site has been live for more than two years, send us the address and we will record a video review of it, free of charge. You will see what is working well, what is holding it back and how your wider online presence looks, with practical changes you can make straight away.

Why Google reviews matter so much

When someone searches for a plumber, an electrician or any local service, the reviews on each Google Business Profile are often what decides who gets the call. A business with twenty five reviews will usually win over one with five or seven.

In this video we explain what people actually look at: how many reviews you have, how recent they are, what customers are saying and how you reply. Reviews cost nothing, build up over time and help you rank in the map results, which is why they sit at the heart of every profile we look after.
