North East coverage
We've been building websites for North East businesses for nearly two decades. Our North Tyneside office covers the urban core and the north of the region. Our Teesside office handles the south. Between them we work in every town worth a location page, and a long list of villages besides.
The densest commercial postcode footprint in the North East. Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland make up the region's biggest concentration of businesses, and the most competitive local search market we work in.
England's least densely populated county and one of its most varied. Tourism hubs along the coast and Hadrian's Wall, market towns spread inland, and the NEPIC pharma cluster anchored at Cramlington and Alnwick. Town-level local SEO matters more here than anywhere else.
Durham city anchors a county that runs from the coast at Seaham across to the Pennines. Heritage tourism in Durham itself, retail and services along the A1 corridor, energy-sector clients in the east, and a strong base of trades and independents across the smaller market towns.
Stockton, Middlesbrough and the wider Tees Valley are home to our second office on Norton High Street. Heavy industry, chemicals and logistics anchor the economy, alongside a fast-growing tech and services scene around Teesworks, Boho and the Stockton waterfront.

Where we work from
North Tyneside for the urban core and the county to the north. Teesside for the south of the region. Both offices share one team and one shared workflow, so wherever you sit, the experience is identical.
Our main office sits on Saville Street in North Shields town centre, five minutes from the Fish Quay and twenty from the Quayside. It's the base for everything across Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and the top end of County Durham.
Our second base sits on Norton High Street in Stockton-on-Tees, ten minutes from Middlesbrough and a quarter-hour from Darlington. It covers everything across the Tees Valley and the southern half of County Durham.

Different parts of the North East search differently. Newcastle Quayside is not Hexham high street is not Middlesbrough town centre. We've watched these markets long enough to know what actually moves the needle in each one.
Most of the build is done remotely. But for kickoff, brand-photo days, and the moments where decisions land easier in person, we're 20 minutes away from most of the region and a short drive from the rest.
